Ordering: Pieces are not mass produced; therefore, online ordering is not available. Please call or email to place an order. Pieces may be customized upon request. An additional fee may apply. Shipping: The least expensive shipping method, usually Priority Mail will be chosen to keep shipping costs down unless otherwise requested. Shipping will include handling, insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipment by other carriers, such as UPS and/or service type, such as Express Mail is available upon request. Please be aware of the increased costs when choosing an alternate carrier and/or service type. The total cost of order will be confirmed prior to completion of order via email/phone. Payment will be due when order is ready for shipment. Should any piece arrive damaged, please return it in so that a claim may be filed. Return postage will be reimbursed.
